Barangay Kayquit II is more or less 1.5 kilometers away from the población. It is bounded on the north by Barangay Buna Cerca, on the south by Barangay Kayquit I, on the east by Barangay Buna Cerca and on the west by Barangay Kaytambog. It is primarily classified as rural with a total land area of 304 hectares.
As the basic political unit, the Barangay serves as the primary planning and implementing unit of the government policies, plans, programs, projects and activities and as a forum wherein the collective views of the people may be expressed and considered and where disputes may be amicably settled.
