Recognition of the Department of Interior Local Government

The Municipality of Indang was awarded with two distinguish recognition of the Department of Interior Local Government, Region IV-A facilitated by MLGOO Ms. Anne Kimberly Peñalba Babaan for:

Garnering an IDEAL FUNCTIONALITY rating under the 2024 Local Council for the Protection of Children (LCPC) functionality assessment for performance year 2023 and

HIGH FUNCTIONALITY rating under the 2024 Local Committee on Anti-Trafficking and Violence Against Women and their Children’s functionality assessment for performance year of 2023.

These are the result of exceptional performance for preserving the rights and privileges of children that are vital to building safe and child-friendly communities as well as commitment to providing a healthy and peaceful environment for women and good local governance.
