Continuing the promotion of proper hygiene habits among CaviteΓ±os, particularly among young males, the Operation Tuli program of the Cavite Provincial Government run on, once again, and visited the Municipality of Indang to render free circumcision at Indang Municipal Multi-Purpose Hall, on June 05, 2024.
The OPHO medical practitioners, comprising of Dr. Patrick Ang – lead surgeon, Dr. Ruth Coleen Gonzales, Dr. Paul Armin De Luna, Dr. Mariel Joy Delgado, Mr. Vanderbilt Costa, and Ms. Jenny Lizardo, work alongside Dr. Rommel Vicedo and Ms. Melanie Perello of Indang RHU in helping the young males of Indang, as they bravely walk towards manhood.
After undergoing the screening process, 77 IndangeΓ±os were successfully circumcised. Right after that, the needed medicines, such as antibiotics and painkillers, and mosquito repellent lotions were handed by the Office of the Provincial Governor to the adolescents.
The program was graced with the presence of Indang Mayor Perfecto Fidel and 7th District Board Member Abeng Remulla, who expressed their esteemed appreciation to the service providers and the provincial government for the efforts exerted to help their constituents.— Jam Elisse M. Reyes
