The municipality has a total number of 1,943 registered establishments as of May 2017. Of these, 67% (1,304) are wholesale and retail establishments, 9% (180) are service oriented establishments, 7% (136) are food establishments, there are 35 financial institutions mostly composed of banks, lending companies, cooperatives and pawnshops. Most of these establishments are concentrated mainly in the Poblacion area of the town. The MV Santiago Hospital located at Poblacion III is one of the 16 registered medical establishments.
The town is home to several educational institutions, there are 10 existing private schools and 29 public institutions one of which is the main campus of the Cavite State University located at Brgy. Kaytapos and Brgy. Bancod respectively, a few meters away from the town plaza.
There are 17 recreational centers and 52 agricultural businesses in which the local government hopes to expand its development as it aims to be recognized as one of the prime Agri-Tourism destination in the region.
Aside from the 45 manufacturing industry, there are 99 other registered businesses mostly composed of dealership, contractors and lessors.
